At Fero Atelier, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains your rights and the procedure to return products purchased on feroatelier.com in accordance with Spanish and European legislation.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the product before the deadline by sending an email to help@feroatelier.com, including:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Product(s) to be returned
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
For us to accept a return:
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- It must include all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized, altered, or custom-made products, unless they are defective or faulty.
3. Return Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, Fero Atelier will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to withdrawal (change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Procedure
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof of its return.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photos of the packaging and the product to help@feroatelier.com. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund at no cost to you.
